Facilities & Rentals

Our Lodge facilities are available for wedding receptions, class reunions, family reunions, baby showers, birthday parties, and more. Charlottesville businesses and nonprofits may also hold meetings and business luncheons in our spacious dining room.

🎉 Ballroom

Our large ballroom accommodates many different banquet, meeting, or party configurations.

Deposits refundable when facilities returned to pre-rental condition.

🌳 Outdoor Shelter

Picnic tables, serving tables, a beautiful fireplace, and a view of Darden Towe Park. Children's swing set available.

All furniture must be returned to original locations. Trash to Elks dumpster.

🍽️ Dining Room & Poolside

Rental fee includes both rooms. Additional charges apply if alcohol is served, including security charges.
