Lodge facilities are available for rental for those special occassions such as wedding receptions, class reunions, family reunions and birthday parties. Charlottesville businesses and non-profit organizations hold meetings and business luncheons in our spacious dining room. Inquire about rental by contacting the Lodge at 434-296-6015 or email.
Ballroom and Shelter
The large Ballroom can accomodate many different banquet, meeting or party configurations. The Elk member rental fee is $800.00 with a $400 deposit. Non-members can rent the facility for $1,200 with a $800 deposit. The deposit is refundable if the facility is left in the pre-rented condition.
The outdoor Shelter has picnic tables, seating benches and large serving tables. Enjoy special occassions in this covered space with a view of Darden Towe Park. It even has a beautiful fireplace to stay warm on those cool evenings. The kids can have fun playing on the swing sets and slides. The Elk member rental fee is $100 with a $100 deposit and the Non-member fee is $200 with a $100 deposit. Deposits are refundable when the facility is left in the pre-rented condition. All furniture, including picnic tables, must be returned to the original locations. All trash/waste is to be taken to the Elk dumpster.

RV Parking (Elks only)
We invite our fellow Elks from around the U.S. to make use of our RV parking and join us for a meal. Three 30 amp electrical hookups are available. There is one water connection that can be divided for several RV's to share; however, there is no sewer connection.
