Facilities & Rentals
Our Lodge facilities are available for rental for those special occassions such as wedding receptions, class reunions, family reunions, baby showers, birthday parties, etc.
Charlottesville businesses and non-profit organizations may hold meetings and business luncheons in our spacious dining room.

Our large ballroom space can accomodate many different banquet, meeting, or party configurations. Additinally the outdoor Shelter has picnic tables, seating benches and large serving tables. Enjoy special occassions in this covered space with a view of Darden Towe Park. It even has a beautiful fireplace to stay warm on those cool evenings and children can have fun playing on the swing set.

Additional charges will be incurred if alchohol is served, including charges for security.

We invite our fellow Elks from around the U.S. to make use of our RV parking and join us for a meal. Three 30 amp electrical hookups are available. There is one water connection that can be divided for several RV's to share; however, there is no sewer connection.
No reservations or fee required - space is first come, first serve. While there is no fee for this service, donations are encouraged.
Upon arrival you are required to check in with Bartender on duty in the Canteen. You will be required to show ID and proof of insurance and Elk Membership Card.
